Working to improve Transport & Connectivity

August 27th 2024

The Go Cornwall Bus customer survey is now live.

The questionnaire takes approx. 5 mins to complete. I’m keen to support the promotion of the survey please as the answers will help them to learn about any issues that our passengers are facing and hopefully to look at ways that they can improve services.

Have Your Say on Rural Transport Needs in West Penwith.

The project aims to identify gaps in the current transport services available to those living in West Penwith, allowing us to build on past research and current statistics. We know there is seasonal variation in the services available to residents of West Penwith but understanding this and other challenges will better inform future solutions. Over 300 surveys have been completed so far but we need more!

Your input matters and responses are anonymous. Could you help a neighbour access the survey or encourage friends and family to have an input to help us achieve our target of 1000 responses?
