St. Just Town Council uses contractors for occasional small maintenance projects at its properties and sites across the parish.

The Town Council is responsible for the following properties:

• The Library Building, Market Street, St.Just
• Just toilets, bus shelter and car-park
• Pendeen toilets and car-park
• Pendeen Play-park
• Boscaswell Corner, Pendeen
• 40 benches situated across the parish
• Plain An Gwarry, St. Just
• Just war memorial

Please return the application form along with a copy of your insurance to deputy.clerk@stjusttowncouncil.gov.uk before Wednesday 26th August 2026

Please note that £5m public liability insurance is a minimum requirement.

Successful applicants’ names and contact details will be held on the register. Inclusion on the register is not a guarantee that work will be provided, but authorised contractors will be given the opportunity to quote for work as and when required. Please note that invitations to quote will normally be issued by email.

All contracts estimated at over £30K will be posted on the government procurement website Contracts Finder.
